High-recision Hot-air Heating furnace is for professional use in hardening resin bond diamond grinding wheels and super large diameter or big thickness resin bond grinding wheels and super thin precision cutting wheels with diameters less than 1.2mm.
The hot air is twice pressured in the air duct and therefore mixed before meeting with workpiece so that the temperatures of all outlets are the same. Meanwhile, after twice pressurization, the hot air at the outlets has greater pressure and a higher speed of more than 6m/s. As a result, the difference in temperature inside the kiln is reduced. Having gone through strict determination, the High-precision Hot-air Heating Furnace is proved to be highly energy-saving and conformable to the European environmental standard.
High-precision Hot-air Heating Furnace is the first baking furnace in the resin bond wheel field in China which can really restrict the difference of temperature within ±1℃. It can meet the hardening requirements of any resin bond wheel in China at the moment.
