1.        Used for processing the surface, bore, out diameter of high precision grinding wheels.
2.        Processing Range: OD Φ600- Φ1100mm, Max thickness 250mm, Min thickness 20mm.
3.        The machine tool horizontal and vertical moving and the hold plate rotating are stepless speed adjustable. The tool holder in horizontal and vertical can be reciprocating automatically moved.
4.        Both vertical and horizontal tools moving are CNC controlled.
5.        Dry lathing to machine the surface, OD, ID and slope side of OD.
6.        Precision: Parallelism≤0.1mm, concentricity≤0.05mm.
7.        The moving parts are good protected, sealed, cleaned and lubricated.
8.        The hold plate OD is φ1300 that is self making manual clamp chuck. 
9.        There is positioned shaft in center of the hold plate with M20 screw hole to hold the grinding wheels well.
10.    Grinder working speed is 2890rpm. Motor is 4kW. Diamond grinder OD is 175mm.
11.    The vertical and horizontal moving motors are servo motors.
